Trinity was the development manager for this $10m commercial project – a four level office building with basement car parking, retail and hospitality activity at ground floor level and offices above.

 

The building was engineered with base isolation to provide the ultimate in earthquake-proof structures and features recessed winter gardens on upper levels and internal sliding screens, creating dynamic, engaging facades.

 

Glazing in the roof enables natural daylight to penetrate the entry atrium as well as offices on the upper level. Integrated energy efficiency was key to this project.
