Arriving through the porte cochere into an intimate courtyard, visitors are greeted by a backlit rustic door and cascading water feature - an early indication that there’s something special about this house.

The client is an extensive traveler with an eclectic collection of objects and materials, all treasures needing a home. What we have delivered is a bespoke, eclectic, and deeply different house, adhering to a vison and approach that was well thought out, intelligent and creative. There is nothing straightforward in this house, and that is deliberate. It is luxuriously whimsical and deeply impressive.

Working closely with the client to realise his vision was paramount. Everyone from the architect to interior designer, build team to subcontractors worked together with full oversight to ensure this was achieved.
